Napoleon Picard (1863) is the eldest son of Maybelle Merriwether and René Picard. He was born several months before his father fought at the Battle of Gettysburg. He is close to his grandmother, Dolly Merriwether, and to Bonnie Butler, who he invites to his birthday party.
His godmother is Fanny Elsing.
